Personal Training Sessions are just £30 (£25 for Members) and include an initial consultation, one hour 1 to 1 personal instruction and nutritional or lifestyle advice as required.

Perfect for clients who are serious about getting fit and making long term changes.  Your package will include:

* Dedicated 1 to 1 personal instruction 

*  Nutritional and Lifestyle advice

* Bespoke training programme

Regular Progress tracking 

* Text/Email support as required


Choose from a 6, 8 or 10 week programme and benefit from the reduced member rate with 1 free session.  Personal Training Packages start from just £150 (£125 for members).


Small Group Personal Training

Perfect for up to 4 friends who would like their very own tailored personal training session.  Your session will include a fun filled hour of expert fitness instruction making use of our cardiovascular, free weights and functional fitness equipment.


Small Group Personal Training is just £50 (£40 for members), available as one off sessions or as part of a programme.
