Lee 'Jack' Russell

Before founding Jacks Gym in 2015, Lee had spent the past 13 years managing a local leisure facility.  Lee saw the opportunity to offer something a little different within the community of Saltash – a friendly, affordable and fun facility where everybody (regardless of age or ability) could benefit from functional fitness and group exercise.  Lee’s aim was to break down barriers to fitness and he is delighted to have achieved this with Jacks Gym!  As a former Royal Navy Boxing Champion, boxing and functional fitness sits at the very heart of what we do here at Jacks Gym.

Jay Curtis

Jamie has a BSc Hons in Health, Exercise and Physical Activity and a Level 4 BTEC Higher Sports Development in Coaching and Fitness among his many qualifications.  Specialising in strength & conditioning, training for endurance events and exercise for specific groups including obesity, disability and seniors, Jamie believes that everyone has the potential to achieve their goals! Jamie thrives on supporting and coaching others to achieve their best.  You will not find a more dedicated, friendly, motivating and knowledgeable instructor (did we also mention he is an award winning PT?!).

Sam Holman

Sam has over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry and specialises in our Les Mills BodyCombat programme, Pedal Power and working with our lovely Seniors.  More recently Sam has launched Clubbercise, with the aim of turning your work out into a night out!

When not spending her time inspiring the rest of us to get a little fitter, Sam is a fanatic gig racer – National County Champion winner and Silver Medalist in the World Gig Championships. We all love working with Sam, and know that you will just love her too.
